Systems Engineer

Location: Remote

We're seeking a hands-on and driven Systems Engineer to help build and support a modern, resilient infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems across cloud, virtualization, networking, and security, supporting fast-paced growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure (cloud, servers, storage, networking).
• Automate systems using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Maintain high availability (targeting 99.999% uptime) in a 24/7 environment.
• Manage system lifecycle, capacity planning, incident response, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product teams on technical initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in Windows/Linux systems and cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware, scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python), Active Directory, and core networking (DNS, VPN, VLANs).
• Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and security tools.
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a self-starter mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with O365, Exchange Online, AWS/Azure, Mimecast, Veeam, or Rubrik.
• Certifications such as VCP, Microsoft AZ-series, or equivalent.
